How far in advance do I need to book my event?
Events are typically booked 4-6 weeks in advance, however we will always do our best to help accommodate and create your dream event.
How long is an average event?
Events are typically 2 or 2Â½ hours long. This allows plenty of time for the guests to arrive, socialize, play our games and of course, eat and drink! We can also customize a party package to accommodate to any length of time. If you have a larger group or would like to host a tournament style event, we will often suggest hosting a longer event.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book and confirm the event. One week prior to the date of your event, you will be contacted for a final headcount. At that time, the remaining balance is due.
What if I need to change my event date?
We will do our best to help accommodate your date change! Any amount paid can be used and applied as a credit towards your new event date.
What if I need to cancel my event?
Our 50% deposit is non-refundable, however the amount paid will become a credit for any future event.
Can we bring in kosher catering company?
We now offer kosher catering! Just ask our Event Planner for a menu! If you prefer a different caterer, you are more than welcome to provide your own caterer. Our outside catering fee is $10/per person.
How early should I arrive prior to my event?
We suggest you arrive ten to fifteen minutes early. Your private party space will be ready at the time your party is scheduled to begin.
What happens if Iâ€™m late for my party?
Please contact us if you are running late. We start and end your event according to the times stated on your contract. However, we often provide you the option to extend your event.
Will my pool and ping pong tables be together?
Yes. When you schedule an event, your pool and ping pong tables will always be within your party space!
Do you have any party packages available without alcohol?
Yes, we can customize any party package for you to cater to your event desires and budget. We do have a non-alcoholic open bar package which includes unlimited juice/soda/water.
Can I bring in decorations?
Of course! Once your private party space is available, you are free to decorate!
